Single tenant looking for a roommate to occupy the master bedroom with walk-in closet. I have lived here for 4 years now with 3 different roommates who would all be willing to be references. I am a very clean and respectful person. There is a new gym down the street (Vim & Vigor) and it is amazing! I have one cat who is very sweet and friendly and got along with my previous roommate’s dogs. I rarely have guests over but I am okay with occasional overnight guests. I would be happy to answer any questions you have or offer a tour if you would like! Hoping to find a long term roommate if possible because I don’t plan on leaving this amazing apartment anytime soon!
