Quiet and peaceful Gold River community, beautiful single story home with a swimming pool. Close to freeway access, shopping, restaurants, gym, racquet club, bike trails and river access.

Fully furnished queen bedroom with your own bathroom. Amenities include covered, secure garage parking, alarm system, security patrol, high speed internet, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bbq, landscape service and pool service. Shared utilities (electric and gas). Looking for a roommate only, no couples, no pets, no overnight guests (due to HOA). Must be dog friendly.

I am a single female, with three grown children. I work from home in a separate office space. As such, I prefer to have someone who does NOT work from home so that we aren’t a distraction for one another. I am very much a neat nik and keep my home very clean and organized…so if that is not your preference, this isn’t for you. I have two very friendly dogs and often temporarily foster a rescue dog.

On a personal note, I like to bike ride, go boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, hang out in the backyard, movies (at home or theater), outdoor concerts, wineries.

No smoking, otherwise I am not quite as uptight and rigid as this post makes me sound, haha. Just wanting to make sure I land with a good fit so that we are both happy.
