You’ll not find a better deal in pdx. The house is 2400sqft w/ chef’s kitchen, hot tub, finished basement which i use as the living room. Wide open, huge upstairs living room, connected to kitchen. Edible yard plants. Weekly housekeeper and lawn care included, so no scrubbing showers or toilets. Unfinished garage space for storage or workspace. Seriously, if I was looking to rent a room this is the one I would rent. Room has great natural light and view up and down the street plus built in storage. Probably 15x15. Big brand new renovated bathroom w dual sink and heated floors.

Me: 35yr old male, B.S. from OSU. I sleep late, golf, bowl, watch TV, and walk my dog…, one of these days ill get back in the gym.. Laundry included. Chip in on water and we’regood. In additiontocleaningmaterials. . Either be down to golf and bowl all day, be lazy all day, or be gone all day. My hours are very irregular.
