3 bed/3 bath house. Rent is 1250, so about 417 each. Utilities and internet are split 3 ways too, typically $160 or less per person. You get a garage spot when I move out in March and there is enough parking space in front of the house. Washer and dryer included.

My roommate and I are clean, mostly keep to ourselves and respect each other’s belongings. House stays relatively quiet but you’re welcome to have friends around.
