Nice home with a front porch to relax located in the heart of Carmel a wonderful location. The room has a new full size bed and place to put your tv also a small couch and a closet you will have access to 2 different bathrooms one which would be yours to keep your belongings in and to shower and its a nice size bathroom. There is no smoking in my house. I keep a neat and clean home and expect the room you stay in to stay cleaned up as well. The room for rent is to help someone who needs a nice clean safe place to stay, this rental will be for you only and I do not want anyone but you at the house, under a special circumstance if you had to visit a family member or something we could possibly talk at that time. I also have 2 cats that are awesome, and they stay in the house and cannot go outside so if you don’t like cats or animals, please pass me by, the house is neat and clean you would never know I even had a cat here. If you were to use the kitchen you leave it how you found it clean up your own messes and do your own dishes if you use the kitchen, it should stay clean and neat.

I just want a nice roommate that is honest and trustworthy and pays there rent on time, preferably we will work this out where the rent is due on the first day of each month. I am a nice guy but will not tolerate any problems, if interested we can talk about the details here. Thanks, Richie
