Proof of employment is required. The property is located close to Big Cottonwood Canyon. Bus stops are within walking distance. The neighborhood is a safe place to get out for a walk. The home lends itself to entertaining. I stay out of your business. If you have a party, I don’t assume I’m invited. I have a separate space in the basement where I usually hang out and watch TV. I do have a cat, but she sticks close to me.

I prefer active people to homebodies. I keep my conversations light and positive. I don’t mind an occasional venting about work, but I feel burdened by other peoples negativity. When it comes to housekeeping, tidy is good enough with a once a month deep clean.

Internet is a courtesy. I had a bad experience with a loud gamer that never showered.

Telecommuting may require a higher rent.

I currently have one room to rent. The other two rooms are taken by me and one other person, a very nice young man. I do not accept couples or pets. One room, one person.
