Glitch's room

Corner lot in a fairly quiet neighborhood. No fenced yard, but there are some good places nearby to walk your dog! House is 2bd 1ba, plus dining area. Bedrooms sit across the hall from each other. The empty room gets plenty of sunshine and stays pretty warm in winter.

Rent is currently $850/month and utilities (incl. internet) run about $300/month as of posting. Open to negotiations on how we split the bills.

We’re a queer couple, I’m disabled and she works from home. We both mostly keep to ourselves, with the occasional household game night. I have a dog (ESA), and we’re open to bringing more dogs into the house, but please no cats! Definitely prefer to live with other queer folks.

Parted ways with our last roommate over different comfort levels with covid risk, so that’s going to be our biggest factor in seeking a new roommate. If you’re immunocompromised or otherwise high risk and struggling to find an accommodating place, please reach out! (I think that covers the basics, and I’ll add more later, I’m sure)
