This is a 1700 sq ft 3bed 2 bath single family home located in-between 183 and I-35 in Round Rock Texas. Built in 2019, the home comes with a modern aesthetic and brand new appliances including a washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. The home also has a large open backyard that would be perfect for a well behaved dog. The room measures 12x10 and comes with an additional closet for more storage as well as a garage parking space that can double as another storage area if needed. The bathroom is separate from the room, however it would be your own personal bathroom & guest bathroom. The room is unfurnished and ready for move in with a 6 month commitment. I’m ideally searching for someone who I can have some compatibility with as well as someone who has their own reliable transportation and job. I also have a second bedroom (currently my office), that I would also be willing to rent out as a option if more space is needed (or if preferred).
