Looking for a roommate to share a lovely townhouse. You will have the master bedroom with a spacious closet. The house has 1.5 bathrooms, I will mainly use the downstairs one. Location: 10 minutes to D.C., 10 minutes to Old Town Alexandria, 3 minutes to I-395. Less than 5 minutes walk to Safeway, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. Amenities: washer, dryer, dishwasher, fenced in patio, plenty of parking lot in our parking lots.

I am a professional in late 20. I am a quiet person, and have a friendly golden retriever. The house only has two bedrooms, will only you and me live in the house. The rent is $1050 plus utilities.
