Lucille's room

3 Bedroom home, located in quiet neighborhood in Melbourne. The room being rented is the Master Bedroom, own bathroom and walk-in closet. The room opens to the back patio, and yard via sliding door.
You will have your own full size refrigerator, currently in the garage, but can be moved to your bedroom, you you so desire.

About me: I am a quiet female, friendly but keep to myself. I am well educated and do not welcome foul language. I will be using the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of the house for my private use only. About you: I prefer a person who is friendly, well educated and more to the quiet side as well, with a job and works outside the house. Occasional guests can be accommodated, by request, but no overnighters. About the dogs: They are well trained but they love people and might run to you for some belly rub, so you must love dogs.
Shared: Patio, Kitchen and Laundry room can be shared. To be discussed in further details.
