I have a private, unfurnished rooms w/ a shared bathroom available in a new home. No drugs, no pets, no children, no couples. Looking for single occupants. Rent is $500/month, 300 security deposit, utilities not included (water, gas, electricity, internet split on a monthly basis w other roomies). Full access to Wi-Fi, kitchen, washer/dryer included.

I do ask for 2 months of paystubs, and a copy of photo ID required prior to entering a rental agreement.

Home is currently occupied by 3 working roomies, a dog, and a cat. All very chill, easy-going, looking for additional roommates.
