The property is in a pleasant neighborhood, located west of the 99 freeway.
There is currently one room for rent with a shared bathroom.
The washer and dryer are available for use to the renters.
This is a quite atmosphere for young working professionals.
Each roommate obtains fridge space and a cabinet in the kitchen.
The house has a Large Relaxing backyard, available for use.
All roommates must respect each other’s privacy.
Respect and Courtesy are expected and required.

About the roomies
Greetings, My name is James, and I’m currently renting a room in my house.
I am 39 years old. I am a State Employee. I’m a part-time student with plans for the future. I enjoy reading in my spare time or spending time with friends and family. I work over 40 hours a week and mostly use my residency as a place to rest and recharge.
There is currently a student renting one of the two bedrooms available.
