About the room
We have a beautiful townhome in Newport Beach. Amenities are great. There is a hot tub, huge pool, BBQ area, gym, clubhouse. We go on walks by the Newport back bay everyday. It’s 5 minutes from Balboa Island and the beach. We moved to Park Newport because all our friends loved it here.
We have a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse that faces a walking trail adjacent to the back bay. In unit washer dryer.
