Fully furnished, freshly painted bedroom available in a 4-bedroom, 4-bath apartment at Countryside at the University (across from the UF cows). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the living room and kitchen are shared. In the kitchen and refrigerator, each roommate has designated, labeled cabinets to keep everything organized. The condo also includes in-unit laundry with a full-size washer and dryer.

The room includes a full-size IKEA bed, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The unit is well-maintained with neutral decor. Internet is included, there is no water bill, and I subsidize up to $50 per room for electricity—tenants only cover any excess.

The condominium offers a pool and a small community gym. The apartment is shared with professional or grad students and is not suitable for couples. I manage the property directly, so communication is clear and any maintenance issues are handled promptly. Students must provide a co-signer; working professionals should submit their last three pay stubs.

There is a $49 application fee through RentSpree (link to be provided) and a refundable $500 security deposit (if no damages) required upon signing the contract to secure the room.

About the roomies

I´m a fast-responsive Landlord, any needed maintenance will be serviced within 24-48 hours. The place is very well organized. Every room has its own assigned cabinet in the kitchen and inside the refrigerator. No carpets. Extraordinary people live there, very quiet and private, not fans of parties, and dedicated students. Smoke-free.
