I have a room with private bath available in a 2 bed/ 2 bath condo near Five Points. The room comes with a walk-in closet. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, cork flooring in the living room, and carpeting in the bedrooms. The living room is bright and spacious with floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. It is a secured building with gated parking. All of the furniture in the living room is staying, but there’s room to bring in a few more items if necessary. Your room would be unfurnished.

The condo is located on Woodland St. I’ve lived here for 2 years and love it! It’s a perfect, fun location just a block from restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in Five Points, and steps away from Basement East, Edley’s, Attaboy, and the Crying Wolf. It’s about 2 miles from downtown.

Females preferred, preferably late 20s to mid 30s. A little about myself: I’m in my early 30s, originally from CA, and like staying active. Some of my hobbies include photography, backpacking, hiking, and travel in general. I like to go out for drinks once in a while or occasionally have a friend or two over. I don’t bring the party home. I’m not a neat freak, but I like to keep common areas tidy and would like a roommate who is respectful and cleans up after themselves.

Lease is 6 months, but we can sign for longer if you’d like. Utilities run at about $70/ month depending on the time of year, and that includes cable/ internet, and electricity.
