$450-475 a month, not including utilities, which averages to less than 100 a month. No security deposit. Each room has two windows each, a sizable closet. It can fit a full-queen sized bed. You will have a shared kitchen, bathroom, common space, and a cozy dining room. All the rooms are painted in bright colors, which reflects the atmosphere that should be cultivated there. Note: some of the apartment is in the process of being painted, so the colors will change there.
