IMPORTANT: house has one black lab doggie; i watch dogs part-time occasionally/busy on holidays (boarding , housesitting and walking dogs, in the case, boarding is related) so must like dogs. when i travel, would be plus if you can help watch the dog when you can (the other roommate helps but always nice to have two people)
