Awesome location close to Concord NH in a quiet wooded neighborhood. The house has 1.5 baths and I’m open to talking about who gets the master bedroom. The rent is $2700 for just one person but if I can find 1-2 more roommates, that drops down to $1350 or $900 depending on the number of people

I’m a single guy, 30 years old, moving to Concord NH from Ames, IA. I have my PhD in Civil Engineering and will be starting my new job at the New Hampshire DOT on April 1st. I do have a dog who’s an emotional support animal. She’s dog selective but loves people. I would prefer at this time that she’s the only animal in the unit, but I’m open to discussing another potential dog. The dog and I both love the outdoors and I’m pretty laid back and open to sharing the house with either male or female roommates. LGBTQ friendly. I’m also respectful of other peoples boundaries and will interact with you as much or as little as you’d like. I’d prefer roommates who are working young professionals but any age or marital status works, as long as you aren’t a party animal and have a large number of people over frequently.
