It’s a 1 bedroom apt, very nice size closet with room, I live in the living room, Kroger is across the street, area is quiet, gated community. The electric bill is split. Looking for roommate to at least minimum 6 months to a year. Clean, shared bathroom

I’m a clean person, I respect people’s privacy and I expect them to respect mines. I keep to myself majority of the time, I don’t mind you bringing guest over as long as they dont try to make it their new home, and I don’t bring people over, messy is one thing, clean is something I prefer. I enjoy being on time with things or eariler. I like to be upstraight about situations and talk things out.
