Magnolia Farms Dr

New construction in Magnolia Farms community (Ashford model) in Hermitage. A little over 2,500 square feet. Loaded with amenities, pool, walking trails, etc. I have a garage gym that you are welcome to use. There is a bedroom, a full bath and a large bonus room (basically your own living room) upstairs that you can have all to yourself. You are of course welcome to the living room and kitchen, as well as use of the washer/dryer. There’s plenty of driveway space for you to park.

The house is still under construction and I’ll be closing and moving in on March 30th. I will post pictures once it’s far enough along, for now here are links to the model and community which will give you a pretty good sense of the home.

I have YouTube TV with the entertainment package (premium movie channels), will have AT&T fiber GB internet, along with utilities being included. Will also include a monthly cleaning person that will clean the entire home. I have pest control and keep my place very clean.

If you are unfamiliar with Hermitage, it is a great location. Magnolia Farms is surrounded by a couple of other nice communities and there are always people out walking around the trails. Just a few minutes off I-40 and about 15 minutes to downtown with no traffic.

37M, I’m very easy going, all I ask is you respect that this is a new home and keep it clean. I don’t mind if you have guests but I’m not looking to host any parties. I am a recent cancer survivor, so covid vaccination is a must (sorry but I have to insist on this for my own safety).

I have one dog, she is a beagle around 25 lbs. I’ll keep her downstairs so she won’t be around any of your personal areas.
