Livingston Family's room

This room rental is on pending status. VIP Furnished Solutions has a room with a private bath in a 2,975 sqft house to share. The room is very neat and nicely decorated, located in a private area with private bathroom. It has a desk, a closet, a cabinet, an organizing system, and a lamp with USB ports. The house is spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains, it has a hot tub, a laundry, room, large kitchen, and a large living area. The roomie also gets to have kitchen privileges and a free-standing refrigerator. The house is close to hiking trails, five minutes from the Summit Mall, a movie theater, yoga studios, gyms, and shopping. The location is awesome, between Carson City and Reno, twenty minutes from Ski Rose, and forty minutes from Lake Tahoe. The cost includes utilities, bi-monthly cleaning, lawn care, cookware, and some food/cooking items. We rent for a minimum of three months for one person only.

We are an empty nesting couple 50s-60s, quite and friendly, and enjoy meeting new people. Lease term is negotiable. Individuals traveling for business or looking for a temporary place to stay are welcome. No drugs, alcohol allowed, or wild parties. ONLY ONE PERSON, NOT PETS ALLOWED. This room is on the first floor.
