Your room is fully loaded with black out curtains and a white noise machine in case you need to sleep in, a TV for late night bingeing.

If you work remotely, there’s a printer, shredder and a mesh extender outside your room so you’ll have reliable connectivity and speed.

You’ll share a bathroom with only one person who is as neat and clean as you.

Full modern kitchen with lots of room in the fridge and cupboards.

Our cul-de-sac feels secluded but is only three minutes from the freeway. Lovely family neighborhood one block to a park with picnic tables, BBQ grills, a baseball field and a basketball and bocce court.

Within a 4 minute drive, you can be at an extensive hiking trail network, a theater, restaurants, take out and fast food, grocery store, gyms, banks, a drugstore, Starbucks Walmart, Fedex and much more.

A bus stop 2 blocks away has a direct bus to DVC, BART or Amtrak. Amtrak is only 3 miles away, so you can easily get to San Francisco, San Jose or Sacramento.

Two straight chill men in their late twenties live here. They’re quiet, friendly and respectful of your space. They keep the common areas relatively clean. The house is quiet as they’re out most nights. The modern kitchen is all yours as they don’t cook very often.
