All rooms have separate door locks for personal security. Shared spaces include full bathrooms, large kitchen, great room, dining room, large bonus loft, upstairs kitchenette, laundry room and outdoor patio. Quiet neighborhood. Service dog may be on premises at times. Great location, minutes to Gulfstream, airport, and the port.

I work from home. There will be 4 people in the house when fully occupied. It is a quiet, pleasant, and respectful atmosphere. First and last months rent and deposit due on signing of lease.
