1 private room available with shared bathroom near Clover Creek Preserve. Rent is $575 each + split utilities. The main areas are furnished, but you can decorate your room how you like. Available now. Lease is until end of next January. I do have my cat Booboo living with me (so unfortunately no other pets). And no smoking or partying in the house.
