Walking distance from park, grocery store and several restaurants. 15 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from 2 upscale malls. Close to bus stop and 7 mins from airport.

Private room & bath w/ access to shared printer, washer & dryer, kitchen, living & dining areas.

Must use private minifridge as primary storage. Some shared cleaning supplies. No overnight guest unless advance notice & consent is given. 12am guest curfew. Must keep shared area tidy w/ disinfectant. No drugs and no loud noise after 10pm & only socks/slippers on carpet.

Must prove income and show I.D.
