Signing a 6-month Lease on March 1st. I have one room available to rent. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 baths. I have a dog, so unfortunately, I won’t be able to rent the room if you also have a dog as the lease only allows one. I’m easy going and also enjoy my alone time. The house is in Lynn Haven. Qualifications: Proof of job and income. Respectful. clean up after yourself in common areas (I dont care if your room is dirty) just please pick up after yourself. Prefer a male roommate, open to male or female roommate though. Washer and Drier in House
