I’m Juliette and I have a fully furnished room in sober house hold, Available July 1, Downtown San Jose in this beautiful home with wooden floors, reset lighting, and great neighbors. We are close to college, public transportation, downtown restaurants, convention center and museums. There is a Park across the street and walking area down at the end of the street.

I Have one room to rent with a double bed a dresser, nightstand and good size closet. There is a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C and Heat, wi-fi, cable, and full house privileges. We have front and back sitting areas, BBQ, dish washer. You would share two refrigerators in the garage, and a bathroom with double sink, bath tub and shower with two roommates. There is Large TV, front and back sitting areas and yard. The house has brand new washer, stove, sink, garbage disposal, fresh paint and cleaned floors and deck repaired. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. It’s a bright colorful house that deserves positive energy and respect…

If you join us you will have: Street parking, shared bath and utilities. 1000/ month. Shared utilities: gas, electricity water, trash, house supplies and house keeper. There will also be a 20.00 background fee, and references will be called.

I’m looking for a professional who values a sober living area, and with a clean record and great references.

I am a teacher and two other roommates one works for the government, the other a google. There would be 4, with you, max living in the house.

If you are interested the first step is to give me a call so we can chat. Then a background check and call references, then we sit down and slowly go over the renter’s agreement. If we feel it is a good fit, then move in is August 1st. (possibly sooner)

I am renting this house and filling the extra rooms. I am the acting landlord or “mother of the house” if you prefer. I am a ECE teacher and music professional.

I am a musician, and periodically I do offer house concerts where local musicians and singer-songwriters come share their original music in concert format. These are fun and unique events that all are welcome to join.

I have two dogs and a cat that demand love and attention. (sorry no other pets allowed)
