2 Empty rooms and your own bathroom. I keep the house very simplistic and clean. I’m super organized since I live alone. Backyard is not fenced in. Utilities are paid by me. Internet bill ($65 before split) is split ($32 from you) if you decide you’d like to use it. The rooms are decently sized. If you need a spot for storage, there is a second room you can use to store unused furniture, personal belongings, etc.

Its just me (Simon) and my pupper (Vic) who is fully trained protection wise, and obedience wise. The kitchen would be shared. Kitchen appliances like pots and pans, are not shared. I have a working dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave. I am green friendly. Im super chill and easy going
