I have a 1Bd/1Ba Lease Takeover available for rent starting February 27th. Rent is due within the first 5 days of each month. Your first payment of $982 would be due no later than March 5th, 2022. There isn’t a security deposit because I paid it at move in, but there is a $75.00 non-refundable fee. You will need to provide proof of income and make 3x the rent ($2950 a month min).
