Good sized room, private bathroom and shower. At Alton Optimist Park, good apartment amenities and location. Next to Optimist Hall and Birdsong Brewery, not far away from the city.

I don’t know if they require a security deposit for getting added as a roommate during the lease.

I’m a work from home software developer, clean, keep to myself. Make sure shared spaces are kept mainly tidy. Still somewhat new to the area.

Roommate is moving out from getting a promotion and need to find someone to fill her space until lease ends. Not opposed to continue lease, it ends end of July.
