Apartment is on the 6th floor, loft style with a wood beam ceiling and exposed brick walls, including large floor to ceiling windows facing east to the Chicago skyline. Personally, the building and style of the apartment itself is gorgeous and the access to the rooftop for grilling and well equipped gym makes this apartment a steal in my eyes.

Apartment is blocks away from the blue line, the Halsted bus and is very close to the downtown metra stations and highway.

All this is to say, there is a reason why I don’t want to leave.

I am a 29 y/o professional, who likes to spend as much time out as I do at home. I enjoy meeting new people and being outgoing, but also enjoying my alone time in my room reading/studying/working.

I’m into music, cooking, reading, fitness, and having as good of a time as I can in doing all that Chicago has to offer.

I prefer to keep the common areas clean, especially as the kitchen/living room are one shared room, and would appreciate a roommate who can do respect the same ideal. I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, and laid back attitude.
