This beautiful home has been recently renovated and everything is like new! All common areas (Kitchen, living room) are fully furnished. The living room has a 58-inch smart TV available for shared use. The bathroom for this room is shared with two other tenants.
The kitchen is stocked with essential items such as pots/pans, baking sheets, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a Keurig. Additionally, a monthly house cleaner is included to clean the entire house, including your bedroom (upon your approval). We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, and dish/hand soap which are restocked on a regular basis.
All of the above amenities are complementary services supplied by the owner.
12-month lease options available. $80 flat rate utility bill, that is billed by and paid to the owner monthly.
First month’s rent, $350 deposit, $150 non-refundable cleaning fee, $40 non-refundable application fee required to move in.
Interested individuals must meet the following requirements to qualify for residency: proof of identification, verifiable income of at least three times the rent amount, verification of positive rental history, and a positive credit history with a minimum score of 650.
How to Apply: To schedule a viewing, please request an appointment. Applications are accepted online through our online resource, Screening will include credit, background, employment, and rental history checks. The background check also includes a search for sexual offenders and eviction history. Credit checks are conducted with our online resource which utilizes Experian (P.O. Box 4500 Allen, TX 75013).
Additional documentation for employment and income verification is welcome. A viewing of the home is required before applying.
We also offer translation tools for communication in various languages to assist all interested applicants. Note: Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports from consumer reporting agencies will not be accepted.
