Karin's room

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-10 or 410 W. Located 15 minutes from downtown, UTSA, UIW, Trinity, and the airport. Shared driveway parking or open street parking available.

Room is presently furnished but furniture can be removed upon request. Main bathroom is shared but there is an additional half bath as well.

The AC is old so it only cools to about 78 during the hot months. The room does have a ceiling fan to help with this.

I’m a nerdy mom with an active preschooler. I’m happy to socialize or give you space at your preference. I enjoy board games and try to have friends over for dinner and gaming every week or two.

I have a cat who adores people of all ages but she doesn’t get along well with other cats. For this reason I can’t rent to anyone with a cat. Children and friendly dogs are welcome.

I’m only seeking female roommates excepting very unique cases. If you are a male wishing to contact me about the room, please explain why you feel your situation is unique. If you fail to do so I will not respond.
