Taylor's room

Private room on separate side of the house with its own door that separates your side of the house. You have your own bathroom. All bills are included. All we require is 3 months of paystubs to prove sufficient income to pay rent. Must agree to a 12 month lease.

Me and my husband are 28 and 37 years old. We both work full time. We love to relax and spend time in the sun in our lovely backyard. We have a child, and we are open to couples renting this room and couples with children.
