Laconia Circle

This is a private one bed, one bath with shared common space. The entire unit is a 4 bed, 4 bath but each room and bath is leased individually. The apartment comes fully furnished and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. This apartment is located just down the road from USC Upstate campus and is on the quiet side. I am looking to relet my lease which is 595/month until July where it is then 574/month.

There is currently only one other roommate who will be leaving at the end of her lease. She is very sweet and considerate of others. She is more than willing to work with you if there are any problems.
