Room with closet most of time the bathroom will be private.The area has many beautiful parks and farms near by with amazing nature trails at North Branch Trails, Stony Creek Park, Wolcott Mill Farm. Kroger,Meijer, Home Depot and several other stores and restaurants are near by .The Wifi and utilities are included in the price. You are welcome to share my Netflix account . There is no cable in the home.

I live at the property most of the week , my son visits on weekends usually from a Friday to Saturday or every other weekend. He is 26 and has his own room upstairs. I want the home to stay clean and please no loud parties this is a zen home. We want it to be comfy cozy and peaceful so we can relax. You have access to the kitchen, dining area, family room, and basement for storage items. No heavy drinkers please, I am alcohol free and cigarette free!! It’s okay to socially drink, but this is a peaceful place so if you have drug or alcohol issues this is not the place for you. Please don’t take any offense to this. I have certain criteria to share my space. You will have to purchase your own groceries but have access to mostly the entire home with an exception my son’s room, my room and office are private. I’d like to have a good relationship and get be comfortable sharing our space!
