About the room
Room in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apt in mission valley. Rooms are decent sized (don’t have exact measurements but fits a king bed and then some) and you’d have a the master bedroom with a walk-in closet.
Two stories. Bottom floor has living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom. Top floor has both bedrooms and full bathroom.
No drugs or smoking.
I don’t want any problems just pay your rent/ bills on time and don’t bring the party home! Internet is included but you’ll have to deal with having to find street parking.
About the roomies
I’m pretty chill just have intense RBF and it is what it is. I’m pretty straightforward- works for some people, doesn’t for others. I’m a homebody, listen to a lot of podcasts, read, and I’m mostly home after work hanging out with my dogs. Got a puppy about 2 months ago and in the process of training her.
