Priscila's room

Room in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo in mission valley. Rooms are decent sized (don’t have exact measurements but fits a king bed and then some) and you’d have a walk-in closet. Room goes for a little more but you’d be dealing with street parking and since it’s a pretty central area it isn’t ideal (it’s gotten better now that folks are going back to work but it only feels right to take that into consideration for pricing).

Two stories. Bottom floor has living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom. Top floor has both bedrooms and full bathroom. Common areas are furnished and yours to use freely, just make sure you pick up after yourself. No drugs or smoking. Dogs welcome, no breed restrictions. I don’t want any problems just pay your rent on time and don’t bring the party home.

I’m pretty chill just have intense RBF and it is what it is. I’m pretty straightforward- works for some people, doesn’t for others. I’m a homebody, listen to a lot of podcasts, read, and go to concerts often. I’m mostly home after work hanging out with my dog- if you wanna interact with her you’ll probably have to learn basic commands in Spanish cause I never speak to her in English.
