Lydia's room

We signed a lease for a 4 bedroom townhouse at the Hills on Grand and are currently looking for 2 more roommates. The townhouse comes fully furnished and the amenities of both the house and the area are listed on the Hills on Grand’s website. Rent also includes access to the pool, hot tub, community area, private shuttles, and the other amenities that the Hills on Grand has. The private shuttles take you to and from the townhouse to campus and surrounding areas.

Me (Lydia) and my friend Emma are very social people who love to hangout, watch movies, go to sporting events, and attend parties on the weekends. We are both going to be sophomores next year and we care a lot about school. We want roommates who equally value school and fun and who want to spend time with us. We would like to meet with any potential roommates in person or on a video call to get to know you better!
