I own a 3 bedroom town home the master bedroom is mine and I am renting out my other 2 bedrooms 1 will be a room to sleep in and the other room will be for your entertainment/living room/office area with a shared kitchen and your own bathroom. You will have access to cupboards in kitchen for your own belongings. Main living room is off limits. Own parking space will be on driveway.
