The room is located on the second floor, quiet, tv included. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Off the street parking, front yard with patio, and quiet rear patio. Washer/dryer on-site, all utility bills included. House Located across from Alondra Golf Course, few block from El Camino College.

I’m a working professional 9-5 job, 37 year old male. I like to exercise and hike on the weekends, hardly home. I do have a child that visits on the weekends (11 years old). One roommate, 28 year old male, introvert, professional (9am-5pm) and peaceful to live with. Another roommate is 26 year old male, works construction at LAX, easy going, laid back, gone on the weekends. The house atmosphere is quiet and friendly, we all tend to be night owls. :)
