I’m Juliette and I have a fully furnished room in this is a beautiful drink/drug free two story home downtown San Jose. It has a double bed, dresser, night stand, and good size closet.

The house has AC/Heat, wi-fi, wooden floors, reset lighting, brand new appliances: stove, fridge, sink, disposal, dishwasher, washer/dryer, water softener and freshly painted walls… It has a BBQ in the back with dining area, and seating in the front porch.

There is a 6 month least and at the end of that the possibility to go to 1 year out.

The house is located downtown near SJSC, downtown, close to 280 and the 101. It’s in a great neighborhood.

This is a happy drug/drink free living home, I am looking for roommates who embraces that!

Rent for single occupancy is 1050 plus 250 for utilities double occupancy is 1250 + 350 for utilities collected mid month.
