Quiet second story condo in east Pompano Beach, beach possibly walkable, absolutely bikeabke. An efficiency style unit with a studio attached to a 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen and kitchenette. You will have 2 bedrooms in the back of the unit and full access to a shared kitchen and shared living room space.

I am an extremely quiet, single man. 32 years old with one cat. I never have large gatherings and only have friends over occasionally. I work a 9-5 and spend most of my evenings out of the house until 11pm. I clean my space and the living room once a week and would be open to being friends with potential roommates. I like board games, video games, Kyaking, rock climbing, and yoga.
