Danielle's room

This is a large room in a two bedroom apartment. It features lots of windows, so very sunny. There are hard room floors, and plenty of space to furnish like a studio. However, bathroom is shared and there is a kitchen in the apartment both tenants can use. I will be your roommate. Apartment building is Pre-War, laundry in basement. Located near lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, dollar stores, banks, Yeshiva University, Columbia University New York Presbyterian Hospitals, Morris-Jumel Museum, Riverside Park, the post office and public transportation. Pet friendly.

I am 36-years-old, born and raised in FL but living in NYC for 6 years. I am currently transitioning into a career as a Writer and going back to graduate school. I already have a Masters degree in a different field. I am female, heterosexual, a practicing Catholic, multicultural and intellectual. I am moderately clean in my room but keep communal spaces very clean. I just need a good hearted, tolerant, peaceful person who can respect my private life and their own. No large parties, no drugs, no alcoholism (moderate alcoholism ok), no hateful harmfulness nor illegal ness. All religions except hateful ones accepted and races. If you are trans female into men or trans man into men I will be accepting of you as my roommate. I am LGBTQ+ friendly but for roommate purposes I wish to restrict myself to women or those who have a sexually preference to men. If you are Vegan or Vegetarian you are welcome, I need you to respect I am not. I will be your only roommate unless I choose to turn one of the other bedrooms into another rental. I will consider couples. I will consider families but will charge $1,000 more and give them extra space. Roommates can use the kitchen to cook 24/7.
