The room is pretty spacious and will have own 1/2 bathroom but will have to share shower. Home is located super close to GCU, like a 15 minute walk/ 5 minute drive. It’s perfect for someone studying at GCU (if you are a student, willing to give a discount)! There is paved parking and covered parking. The Utilities would be split 50/50. I can send photos and do a lil tour upon request :)

I (the owner) will be the only other person living here as well. I am a GCU Grad, go lopes! I have a dog, (German Shepherd) named Ludo. He is the cutest lil guy so I will need someone who loves dogs (or at least doesn’t mind them haha). I would not be opposed if you have a dog of your own, it would just depend on how the dogs interact that would determine if it is suitable for them to live together. Unfortunately, Ludo has quite a big hate for cats, which we are working on lol. I love all animals so it hurts to say, but for the safety of the cat, anyone with a cat would not be a good match. I have a lot of plants around the living room cause I think plants make a room feel so alive! I go hiking a lot and on mini road trips with my dog Ludo. I am not often home, I work from 9-6pm most days and once I get home, I make food for myself and Ludo and then head out to the park/hiking/gym etc. Sometimes I am lazy though and like to play video games (I have a console in the living room) but its not often. The potential roommate doesn’t have to have the same things in common, but it would be nice to bond over stuff. Looking for someone chill, respectful and can communicate! we are all adults here :)
