We are seeking a roommate that is quiet, clean, and respectful of everyone’s time and space. We try our best to match personalities and interests in order to create a cohesive living environment where everyone feels comfortable and welcome.

Current roommates make up 4 guys and 1 girl ages 24-34 working in various fields within Boulder County. We all work full-time and keep to ourselves a lot of the time during the week but get together often on the weekends. It’s actually pretty rare that everyone is at the house at the same time so it’s usually very quiet.

The house is set up like a duplex with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, fridge, entertainment area, and bathroom downstairs. The upstairs has three bedrooms (including the one you will be taking over), the main kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We also have plenty of storage space in the laundry room and two-car garage.

The room is about 140 sqft with a walk in closet and ceiling fan. There is room for a king/queen bed plus desk and working space. Living areas and bathrooms are shared between roommates but we tend to stick to our own floors most of the time (3 roommates downstairs (including you) and 3 roommates upstairs.

All utilities are split equally between roommates every month this includes 1GB fiber optic internet, trash, water, sewer, electricity, gas.

To secure the room: $40 application fee (background check, credit check, eviction report) Security deposit - $900 Credit score of 600+

Important Note:

We have a very friendly and high-energy 60lb Australian Cattle Dog. No additional pets at this time.
