We are seeking a roommate that is quiet, clean, and respectful of everyone’s time and space. We try our best to match personalities and interests in order to create a cohesive living environment where everyone feels comfortable and welcome.

We all work full-time in various fields and are seeking a professional individual to join our community. It’s currently two girls and three guys in our 20’s- early 30’s. Most nights we tend to keep to ourselves during the week but get together on the weekends for food, drinks, movies, etc.

The house is set up like a duplex with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, fridge, entertainment area, and bathroom downstairs.

The upstairs has three bedrooms, the main kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We also have plenty of storage space in the laundry room and two-car garage.

The room is about 140 sqft with a large closet. Living areas and bathrooms are shared between roommates but we tend to stick to our own floors most of the time (3 roommates downstairs including you, 3 roommates upstairs)..

All utilities are split equally between roommates every month this includes 1GB fiber optic internet, trash, water, sewer, electricity, gas.

To secure the room: $35 application fee (background check, credit check) Security deposit - $825 Credit score of 600+ Income 3x rent or proof of funds 2 Rental references
