We are looking for a new roommate in our spacious and well-maintained 5 bed / 2 bath home in northwest Longmont.
We’re looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful roommate to join a laid-back household of young professionals (4M, 1F, late 20s to mid-30s) who work full-time in various fields around Boulder County. During the week, we mostly keep to ourselves, but we’ll often hang out or catch up on weekends. It’s a peaceful and friendly vibe—rarely is everyone home at the same time.
About the House:
Set up like a duplex:
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (including yours), kitchenette, fridge, shared bathroom, and living area.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, main living room, and second bathroom
Shared access to a laundry room, two-car garage, and plenty of storage
Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Boulder and surrounding areas
Your Room:
Approx. 140 sq ft with a large closet and two big egress windows for natural light.
Plenty of space for a queen/king bed and desk/work area.
Shared bathroom and common areas (but we mostly keep to our own floors)
Utilities:
All split equally between roommates
Includes 1GB fiber internet, water, sewer, electric, gas, trash
To Move In: $45 application fee (includes credit, background, and eviction check)
$900 security deposit
600+ credit score required
Important Notes:
We have one friendly, high-energy 60lb Australian Cattle Dog, so unfortunately no additional pets at this time

We all work full-time in various fields and are seeking a professional individual to join the community. We are all friendly, open-minded people that enjoy a good mix of socializing and personal time.
It’s currently one girl and four guys in our 20’s- early 30’s. Most nights we tend to keep to ourselves during the week but get together on the weekends for food, drinks, movies, etc.
