situated ideally atop Norway Hill, we get AMAZING sunset views every evening. The 3500sq/ft house is comfortable and spacious. The only rental property on the street, it’s quiet, serene and 3 of us have lived here almost 7 years. The room available features wood paneling and a closet, lots of windows. It may seem the house has a lot of people,, but for the most part it’s big enough one can always be alone if they so choose, but if feeling sociable, there is usually someone about to chat with. Given the choice, I personally would always live by myself, but this house has none of the crowded feeling of some smaller dwellings

Bill is a special ed teacher and basketball coach. If you’re new to the area, he’s a walking directory of goods and services. Affable and calm, Bill is a great housemate and friend

JJ is a retired submariner and construction lead. Due to health concerns, JJ is often in his room but when we see him in the halls or living room, he’s always got a smile and greeting. If you have any sort of woodworking project, he’s a font of useful information.

Joe is a former chef and medic. He & Bill hold the lease to the property and the one to address with any concerns about the property or your space. clear communication is key to household cohesion

Alex is a department head at a large automotive dealership. Often doing his own thing, he’s a great conversationalist and a useful source of automotive knowledge.

Ricky is a metallurgist and motorcyclist. Dont let the tattoos and facial hair and leather jacket fool you, he’s a kind, considerate and friendly guy.

Nathan is fine when he takes his medication. Try not to look directly in his eyes or make sudden movements around him, he takes these as threats and collapses in a heap on the floor weeping uncontrollably when they occur. I’m joking of course. Nate is a great, upbeat guy who brightens a room with the flick of a switch. As a security specialist, he often works at night and sleeps during the day. We’ve gone weeks without seeing him, but always a pleasant conversation when we do.
