Single mom with a 12yo daughter and a kitty looking for a single female roommate to take the back attached accessory dwelling unit to our rented townhouse. Room comes with private full bathroom, entrance and backyard patio (mostly private - we may use it occasionally in the summer). Neighborhood and street is very quiet but walking distance to many attractions and has several bus stops to orange line Metro stops. Our lease ends end of May but we are hoping to renew for another 12 months. Would like to find a similar professional, female only, as a roommate. Asking $1100 + 1/3 of utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer). WiFi is included.

Successful professional, quiet, reserved, work from home occasionally, like to cook and enjoy wine and movies on weekends. Daughter is quiet and grown out of that wild school age phase. Don’t frequently have people over and we clean up after ourselves (can’t go to bed unless the kitchen is clean, deep clean every Saturday, etc).
