Hello, I have a 3 bd/2 bth home and will be looking for 1 roommate by April 1st or sooner. The house is located 15 minutes from Naval Air Station Fallon. The room currently has an area rug until I put carpet down. You will have your own bathroom. The house is 1430 Sq ft so it’s very spacious with plenty of room to share. I am the owner of the home and will be occupying a room as well and at the same time doing renovations. The area is very family friendly and quiet. Also Pet friendly, I have a dog myself. She does well with other dogs and cats. The home is furnished minus the room being rented. As mentioned before I will be doing renovations from time to time so please be understandable of this as I’m trying to upgrade the home. I am asking $900 that’s with all bills included no extra hidden fees.
