Ashley's room

My home is in a great neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. The room is located on the 2nd floor of my home and you will have access to your own bathroom as well as own living space, all located upstairs as well. You will also have access to the other common rooms in the home including the kitchen, laundry room and backyard. I am looking for someone that is clean, respectful, preferably a non-smoker with no pets.

My name is Ashley. I am a single 37 year old female with a pitbull living with me. She is older so she is pretty mellow and very friendly. I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and have lived here my whole life. My friends would describe me as easy going, sarcastic, caring and very independent. In my free time I like to hang out with my friends and family. You can usually guarantee I will be out with friends one night on the weekend. I like to travel, be outdoors, wine tasting, going to concerts and movies. My work schedule is Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm so on work nights I am typically home by 5pm, I make some dinner, watch a little tv and spend time with my dog and then I am usually in bed by 8:30pm, so I do appreciate the quiet so I can be up by 4:30am the next day for work.
